Tips on topping up your spray tan.

How to brighten up a fading tan.

Unfortunately fake tan fades. However, there are plenty of ways you can enliven your existing tan for just that little bit longer and make the most of your festive colour.

We’ve found that sunless tan tends to fade on the hands, feet and face more quickly than on other areas of the body. If you’re tan is still in top condition everywhere else you can simply apply a little extra colour on paler patches using Express Tanning Mist with Q10.

This handy product is especially good for retouching the face and hands – simply spray over the skin and allow the colour to develop for two to four hours. To tan the face spray some of the product onto a tanning mitt and dab lightly onto the cheeks, forehead and chin, taking care to avoid the mouth and eyes.

For a quicker solution you can always use Instant Bronzing Gel; the perfect way to achieve a gorgeously golden wash-on/wash off glow. Pump out a small amount of product onto a tanning mitt, rub the tan into the skin and watch your sun-kissed hue develop instantaneously. This short-term tan can be washed off in the shower at the end of the day, making it a fantastic choice when time is short but a flawless finish is key.

Opt for Gradual Glowing Self Tan when you have more time to spare. This silky smooth tanning cream can be applied in the same way as a moisturiser and develops over the course of the day, leaving behind a subtle, golden hue. The clever formulation restores elasticity and smoothness in addition to softening the skin.
