Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We are confident you will love your Sienna X product but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please get in touch with us on 0333 600 1200 so that we can help you.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is as follows:
• A request must be made to The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd/Sienna X within 14 days from receipt of your order.
• If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original conditions and unaltered (for example, the addition of personalised logos), unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging.
• Refunds will be subject to the purchase price. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a proof of postage from the carrier, as we do not accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
• Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM

If you would like to return your item, please call our customer service team on 0333 600 1200 and quote your delivery postcode to arrange a return.

Please take care when returning your product. Ensure all items are suitably packaged and protected for transit to avoid damage or leakage. The warehouse will not accept unsuitably packaged items that have subsequently been damaged in transit.

You are required to enclose your:
Full name, and
• Delivery postcode
Inside the parcel to speed up the returns process.

For your own protection, please obtain a proof of postage from the carrier, as we do not accept no responsibility for lost parcels.

We reserve the right to refuse your return or charge a final fee for damaged or altered products that are not in resalable condition.

HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEM

We offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item. However, we are unable to cover postage costs so please follow instructions above under HOW TO RETURN section if you would like to process an exchange and enclose what items you would like to exchange for.

PROCESSING RETURNS & REFUNDS

For UK orders, as there will be time delay for your return to reach our warehouse, and time allowed to process your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. For International and Europe orders, please allow a longer time period.

PRODUCT RETURN FOR FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused in an unlikely event that we send out a faulty or incorrect item to you. Please contact our customer service team at 0333 600 1200 before returning at your own cost. We are unable to credit back postage costs so please contact us before returning. Please note we are unable to provide a refund or compensation for products bought from another distributor other than www.sienna-x.co.uk so please return your purchase to the distributor you made your purchase from.
