Contact Centre Advisor

Sienna X is a Professional Beauty Brand, the No1 for the last 10 consecutive years in Self Tan. With a High Street presence In 400 Stores, 400 Wholesale Stores, E-tailers such as Look Fantastic and Feel Unique and a growing overseas presence. Luxury Depilatory and 2 new Beauty Sectors coming in November 18 and May 19, it’s an exciting time to join us.

Job Accountabilities
Interacting directly with new and existing customers

  • Be an expert across all treatments/products and sell confidently the offering from Sienna X with the customer in mind.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are followed up and resolved within 24-48hrs
  • Meet and exceed all set KPI’s consistently
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to all customers via phone, live chat, social media and emails
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, within SLA time
  • Inform customers and distribution partners of new products/launches/changes and sell the benefits
  • Make regular contact with new on boarders to offer support and expert advice

 Increase customer revenue

  • Convert 50-60% plus of lead opportunities
  • Cross selling to current customers
  • Liaise with marketing department for relevant outbound call campaigns

Process orders

  • Process customer orders via sage and CRM accurately
  • Process distributor orders via sage and CRM accurately


  • To be aware of and react to competitor activity
  • Communicate innovative launches from competitors to the business


  • Monitor own performance and seek ways to improve quality, sales opportunities and efficiency
  • Make improvement suggestions when issues arise
  • 1 day SLA response times
  • Satisfied customers that are likely to recommend Sienna X
  • Maximised sales opportunities
  • 1st class customer service
  • Customers are receiving regular contact for support
Skills/abilities and Aptitude

  • Good administration skills
  • Quick accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous knowledge of using a CRM system
  • Previous customer service experience, both written and verbal, ideally in a call centre environment
  • Demonstrates attention to detail especially in written skills
  • Has experience of working under pressure, juggling conflicting priorities
  • Has experience of dealing with a wide range of customer groups
  • Take ownership in results

Experience (Essential/Desirable)

  • Previous office experience

Qualifications (Essential/Desirable)

General and Specialist Knowledge

Experience of the beauty industry would be an advantage
