Self Employed Beauty Trainer

Exciting new job opportunity for a self employed beauty trainer in Bristol/Gloucestershire & Northwest

This self-employed part-time position is required, 1-4 days a month depending on the season and business requirements, to deliver exceptional Sienna X training the exact Sienna X way, including customer training programmes, exhibitions, events and product/training support in area wholesale stores.

Develop strong working relationships with trainees and wholesale store teams identifying further business/sales opportunities.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To deliver consistently, the Sienna X way, training in academies, salons, colleges, wholesale stores and other establishments.
• To preserve and promote the Sienna X brand at all times with excellence at the heart of all training
• To maintain a commercial outlook identifying selling opportunities at all events
• If distribution training, ensure a wholesale store visit at the same time
• If college training, ensure a visit to their distribution outlet where available
• To maintain contact with wholesale stores as the business requires
• Where required, to follow a Wholesale process with accurate reporting
• Sometimes may be needed as support the team at events and trade shows
• Supports marketing in the delivery of new products, campaigns and webinars
• Provide a daily activity report to the Training Executive
• Undertake any tasks/projects within the scope of the position as directed by your support liaison

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE   

Hold formal training qualification PTTLS OR ADULT TEACHING QUALIFICATION (or working towards achieving)

An expert Spray Tan Therapist – Essential

A confident expert Wax Therapist at all levels, including intimate. – Desirable

An expert brow therapist – desirable

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent communication skills

Good PC skills including knowledge of word/excel/PowerPoint packages

Full driving licence

Confident with ability to work on own initiative as self-employed and you are preferably already working self employed with another business.
