Late Night In Leeds

Question? What does a tanner get up to with all her favourite Strictly celebrities and dancers at midnight in a fancy pants hotel on a Thursday night in Leeds? Well some super speedy, super glowy tent antics of course.

Yep, late last night as everyone was tucked up in bed and dreaming of summer holidays to escape this pesky Feb rain and wind, I was up til all hours making all the Strictly all stars look like they had been on holidays.

Kevin Clifton, Louise Redknapp’s dance partner popped in first, on the live TV shows back in Elstree he only liked half a tan – I always misted on 16 % to the arms, back, torso and face – but now Kevin loves a full 16% from top to toe. ‚ÄòWell why not it’s tour time,’ he admitted.

Next up was my number one tan fan Danny Mac, who loves his tans to wake him up after long dance shows and even longer bus journeys as the whole Strictly team go all over the country in one giant coach. He says it makes him feel more alive while adding that extra confidence as they roll into the last week of glitterball fun.

Finally, as we rolled into Friday as the dancers and celebs topped up their tans, I got to our final tan-ee of the night top dancer Busola, who has very dark skin and never really tanned – but back in Birmingham I introduced him to Sienna X, explaining that it looks amazing on any skin tone, and evens everything out and making things look super glossy and flawless. Now he loves it, ‚ÄòI’m going to look fresh for the weekend,’ he smiled as he slipped out my tent.

As well as tanning I dropped off lots of sheeny, shiny Sienna X Radiance Body Balm as all the female strictly ladies LOVE it for show days and as a luxe moisturiser on days off!!

Tired, but happy, my lovely assistant for the night, Rebecca Akroyd from Beckett Beautiful a luxe Sienna X tanning service in nearby Huddersfield, helped me pack away quickly. Rebecca wants to get into celebrity tanning so asked me to keep her in mind for assisting opportunities and I did! She was fab.
