Returns
- Delivery/postage charges will NOT be refunded.
- A request must be made in writing to The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd/Sienna X within 14 days from receipt of your order.
- ALL returns must have arrived back to Sienna X goods in department within 21 days of original purchase.
- If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition and unaltered (for example, the addition of personalised logos), unworn/unused and sent back to us within the original packaging.
- Refunds will be subject to the purchase price.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Works well, doesn’t look great but does the job.
Amazing! My hive version of these heaters lasted 1 year and 3 days and I was unable to get a replacement as they were out of warranty. I looked for an alternative and came across these and purchased two units. All I can say is they are far superior and the non stick coating on the inners make cleaning up any spills super easy. The heating also seems more even so the wax in the cartridge stays at temperature even towards the end of the cartridge meaning I use less cartridges per service which is great as I don't reuse cartridges cartridges on different clients. I wish I'd bought these heaters before and wouldn't buy any hive products again as they just don't last. I have no hesitation in recommending these heaters - they are fab!
