Last minutes and looking for stock?

Some of our exclusive distribution partners have stores which are open during the Christmas period should you need stock. We recommend heading to the Salon Services or Capital website –  each have a ‘Find Your Store’ facility.

Additional Standard Delivery Messages

Retail customers

UK mainland* product delivery costs are free for all retail orders over £25.00 and £1.99 for orders less than £25. Your order will be posted to you via Royal Mail with an expected 2-3 day delivery time.

Professional customers

At Sienna X, we are proud to offer our professional customers next working day delivery. If you have provided us with a mobile number, you will also receive a text alert giving you a one-hour time slot for your delivery, so that you don’t have to wait in all day!

Professional orders over £25 (ex VAT) qualify for FREE Next Working Day Delivery when ordered before 3pm. Orders under £25 (ex VAT) will be subject to a £3.95 delivery cost (Please note revised information above)

Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional £18
Delivery before 10am can be arranged for an additional £20
Delivery before 1pm can be arranged for an additional £10
Isle of Wight Next Day Delivery (Parcels up to 25kgs) £17.50

We are sure you will love your Sienna X products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch so that we can help you.

Our returns policy is as follows: A request must be made to The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd/Sienna X within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  1. If you wish to return unwanted goods please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition and unaltered (for example the addition of personalised logos), unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  2. Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less a 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
  3. Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
