This diverse, busy position will be responsible for setting up, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across various platforms for sales, awareness and leads. You will be working closely with the marketing team to drive growth, increase brand awareness and help the business achieve its goals.

What You’ll Do:
•Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (nice to have), ensuring continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, using A/B testing and landing page optimization to maximize ROI.
• Report on PPC and Paid Social campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
• Manage and grow our presence on Amazon and other marketplaces, optimizing ads and listings for maximum sales. Experience of managing Amazon overseas would be a plus too.
• Drive Ecommerce improvements to enhance customer experience and boost conversions.
• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads /current customers to turn them into loyal repeat purchasers, whilst continuing to grow the mailing lists.
• Implement strategies to increase lead generation and drive sales.
• Manage the budget for paid media, ensuring spend efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad content that educates, solves problems, drives engagement and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in paid media, search engine, and social media marketing.
• Contribute to the overall paid and digital strategy with new ideas and growth opportunities.
• Some knowledge of SEO, would be a nice to have.

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of paid experience managing digital advertising campaigns for Sales, Awareness and Leads.
• Proven experience and in depth knowledge of currently managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads (nice to have) and other paid media platforms.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A data-driven marketer who loves testing, optimizing, and analysing results to make commercial, informed decisions.
• Understands of the audience you are targeting and able to personalise the message accordingly.
• Experienced in Multivariate, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to work with team members and create killer content.
• Passion for a drive to stay ahead of digital trends and be first to market.

This position requires someone who can excel with minimal development support, bringing their expertise to both office and remote work environments. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance to ensure a blend of in-office and remote working.

Position name and salary negotiable according to experience. £27k-£37k + Performance Bonus
