Looking to become a professional waxing therapist? Our fully accredited Beginner’s Waxing Training Course is designed specifically for complete beginners, with no previous beauty experience required.
This comprehensive two-day practical course provides the essential knowledge, techniques and hands-on experience needed to perform professional waxing treatments safely and confidently. Upon successful completion, you will receive an accredited certificate, allowing you to obtain insurance and begin offering waxing treatments to paying clients.

Course Structure
Day 1 – Warm Wax Training
Learn how to safely and effectively perform warm waxing treatments on a variety of areas, including:
- Half Leg
- Full Leg
- Underarm
- Forearm
- Bikini Line
- Facial Waxing
Day 2 – Hot Wax Training
Develop your skills further using hot wax techniques, covering:
- Underarm
- Facial Waxing
- Bikini Line
- Additional hot wax applications and techniques
Please Note: Intimate waxing is not included within this beginner course.
Real Practical Experience
This is a highly practical course designed to give you real, hands-on experience and the confidence to start working with your own clients.
Students work on each other throughout the training under the close supervision of an experienced trainer. This allows you to both perform and receive treatments, helping you understand the process from both the therapist and client perspective.
Our classes typically consist of around 6 students with 1 dedicated trainer, ensuring plenty of individual support, guidance and feedback throughout both days.
Important Preparation
As students will be working on each other during the course, all attendees must allow their hair to grow for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to training to ensure there is sufficient hair growth for successful waxing practice.
Start Your Training
You can begin your online theory as soon as you enrol. This must be completed before attending your practical training days.
Practical training runs from 09:30am – 16:00pm over two days.

- Delivery/postage charges will NOT be refunded.
- A request must be made in writing to The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd/Sienna X within 14 days from receipt of your order.
- ALL returns must have arrived back to Sienna X goods in department within 21 days of original purchase.
- If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition and unaltered (for example, the addition of personalised logos), unworn/unused and sent back to us within the original packaging.
- Refunds will be subject to the purchase price.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our UK warehouse.
Please read the information below carefully so you know when to expect your order and which delivery charges may apply.
UK Delivery
Professional/trade orders within the UK are shipped using a next working day delivery service with either Royal Mail or DPD.
Your courier will be selected automatically at checkout and may vary.

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched from our warehouse the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.
Although UK orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service, your delivery time depends on when your order leaves our warehouse.

Republic of Ireland Delivery
Republic of Ireland orders are shipped on a 2 working day delivery service.
Delivery charge: £19.99
Republic of Ireland orders are shipped on a DAP basis, meaning you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or courier handling fees that may be payable before delivery.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery using DHL Express Worldwide.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details.
International orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day where possible. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.
Please note that international delivery prices calculated at checkout may be subject to change. If the shipping cost has been calculated incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch. In some cases, we may need to request an additional payment or send the order using an alternative economy service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS.
Depending on the courier, your tracking may include:

Delivery Issues
Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be handled by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or another courier depending on the delivery service.
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- The delivery photo or proof of delivery
- Your safe place
- With neighbours or reception
- The delivery address entered at checkout
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will advise on the next steps.

How to return items
If you would like to return your item, please call our customer service team on 01905 727070 and quote your delivery postcode to arrange a return.
We are NOT able to accept unscheduled returns, please speak with our customer service team before returning any items.
Please take care when returning your product.
Ensure all items are suitably packaged and protected for transit to avoid damage or leakage.
The warehouse are not able to accept unsuitably packaged items that have subsequently been damaged in transit.
You are required to enclose your:

For your own protection, please obtain a proof of postage from the carrier, as we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
We reserve the right to refuse your return or charge a final fee for damaged or altered products that are not in a resalable condition.
How to Exchange Items

Processing Returns + Refunds
For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
For orders OUTSIDE of the UK, please allow up to 21 working days for a refund to be processed.
