Important practical course information
Due to the hands-on, practical nature of our training, all students will take part in live model work throughout the day.
This means you’ll both practice and receive a spray tan, working in a supportive, professional environment with fellow students.
You can wear swimwear, shorts, or underwear that you feel comfortable in, and our trainers will guide you every step of the way to ensure you feel at ease.
Most students feel a little unsure at first, this is completely normal , but quickly become confident once the training begins.

No. Our Level 1 Spray Tan Training is designed for complete beginners as well as existing beauty professionals adding spray tanning for the first time.

Yes, training is included with all Business Kits, with the Bronze Kit including Level 1 Spray Tan Training, the Silver Kit including Levels 1 and 2, and the Gold Kit including Levels 1, 2 and 3, making them ideal for both beginners and experienced professionals.

If you’re already trained, our Switch to Sienna X kit includes an online conversion course focused on our formulas, systems, and methods.

After paying £600 for the Sienna X Silver Package, I was left incredibly disappointed with my Level 1 training course.
From the start, the trainer seemed highly distracted and uninterested and was on her phone a lot. She repeatedly mentioned about it being a Monday (even though it was Tuesday) and made it feel like it was a major effort for her to be there. She even mentioned multiple times that she wanted to wrap the course up early 'as it was Monday''. As someone who was enthusiastic, excited, and paying a premium price, I wanted to stay for the full duration to ensure I left feeling confident and didn't appreciate these comments.
While the theory section was acceptable, the practical training was deeply disappointing. After demonstrating the water-spraying technique just once or twice, the trainer left us completely unsupervised for the remainder of the session to stay on her phone. Because she was entirely uninterested, we had no idea if our technique was correct, we looked at her loads trying to get her attention to see if we were doing it correctly, but she was too distracted on her phone.
For £600, I expected high-quality, attentive guidance to be included with the training, not to be left to figure it out for myself. She guided us when we eventually spray tanned each other, however again this felt very half-hearted. I understand this may be an every day job for her, but it was our first time learning, and we deserved her full attention! I can't really say that I left this course feeling confident in my technique I'm afraid.

I thought the lady was quite unhelpful. She was good with the theory however when we were doing the water sprays she left us to our own devices therefore no one knew if we were doing it right. Then when it was time for the actual tan she came over and again wasn’t really paying attention and I have no idea if my technique is right. The instructions were really brief and not thorough which I was shocked when I had paid £500 for the kit and training. Definitely could have been a lot better. She was dismissive of questions and I personally had no guidance at all with the sprays she focused more on the other group and to this day I’m still unsure which leg the client should lunge with.
