We are committed to supporting professional therapists, salons, mobile technicians, educators and beauty businesses with high-quality products, training and customer service.
These Terms & Conditions explain how professional purchases are managed and outline both your responsibilities and ours.

The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd trading as Sienna X ("Sienna X", "we", "us" or "our").
- APPLICATION
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by Sienna X to professional and business customers and shall prevail over any terms proposed by the customer unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
These Terms & Conditions supersede any previous versions issued by Sienna X and shall apply to all orders placed on or after the effective date.
Training courses and academy services are subject to separate Sienna X Training Terms & Conditions where applicable.
- ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sienna X and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or cancel any order or account at our discretion where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of trade pricing, excessive returns activity, repeated delivery disputes, abusive behaviour, unauthorised resale activity, fraudulent activity or any conduct which may place Sienna X, its customers or reputation at risk.
- PRICES
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product specifications, formulations, packaging, labelling, artwork and product descriptions may be amended without notice.
- PAYMENT
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed by Sienna X in writing.
- DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Sienna X shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, supply shortages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Additional carriage charges may apply where deliveries are refused, redirected, returned or require re-delivery.
Where delivery tracking confirms successful delivery, Sienna X reserves the right to investigate delivery disputes and request supporting information before issuing replacements, refunds or credits.
- INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Claims relating to damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims relating to non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of the invoice date.
Claims submitted outside these periods may not be accepted.
- RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation from Sienna X.
Authorised returns must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, carriage charges will not be refunded and an administration and restocking charge of up to 15% may be applied.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be excluded from return.
Where equipment returns are approved, equipment must be returned complete, clean, substantially unused and in a resaleable condition, including all original components, accessories and manuals where reasonably available.
Sienna X reserves the right to reduce or refuse any refund, credit or exchange where returned equipment is incomplete, damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, altered or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
Whilst every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, colours, images and specifications are accurate, these are provided for guidance only.
Sienna X reserves the right to amend formulations, ingredients, packaging, artwork, labelling, sizes and specifications without notice provided the product remains substantially fit for its intended purpose.
During product transitions, refreshed packaging, updated artwork, revised labelling or reformulated products may be supplied alongside existing stock. The coexistence of previous and updated packaging, artwork or labelling shall not constitute a defect, supply error or grounds for return, refund, credit or compensation.
- PROFESSIONAL USE
Trade pricing and professional products are supplied on the understanding that they are purchased for professional use, business use or resale through a legitimate beauty business.
Professional products and equipment must be used only in accordance with product instructions, training guidance and applicable health and safety requirements.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all users are appropriately trained, competent and supervised.
Sienna X accepts no responsibility for misuse of products, incorrect application techniques, failure to follow instructions or advice provided to clients by the customer.
Products purchased through a Professional Account may not be resold through third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or similar platforms without prior written approval from Sienna X.
- RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Individual tanning and skincare results may vary according to skin type, preparation, application technique, aftercare, lifestyle, medications and other factors outside Sienna X's control.
Sienna X does not guarantee specific results, shade outcomes or duration of results.
Sienna X does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, treatment outcomes, client retention, treatment revenue or profitability arising from the use of its products, services or training.
- WARRANTY
Equipment supplied by Sienna X is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect storage, unauthorised repair or failure to follow instructions.
Our obligation under warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
- PRODUCT SAFETY AND RECALLS
Customers agree to cooperate with any product recall, safety notice, corrective action or regulatory requirement reasonably requested by Sienna X.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, branding, product names, photographs, training materials, packaging designs, website content and associated intellectual property remain the property of Sienna X and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
- RETENTION OF TITLE
Title to goods remains with Sienna X until payment has been received in full.
Until title passes, the customer shall keep the goods identifiable, stored separately where reasonably practicable and in satisfactory condition.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sienna X's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant goods.
Sienna X shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.
- FORCE MAJEURE
Sienna X shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
