How to shape a scarred eyebrow
A graze, popped pimple, piercing or cut can cause scarring across the eyebrows. Unfortunately in most cases, eyebrow hair doesn’t grow back on scar tissue, which causes gaps in the arch that disrupt the natural line of each brow.
Shaping scarred brows is much like shaping an unbroken set of eyebrows — stick to the same rules regarding the gap left in the middle, maintain the natural arch and adjust the length of the tail to frame the face and highlight the eyes. If it helps, draw an outline along the portion of missing hairs with a pencil so you can follow the frame of the brows easily.
Here’s a quick tip that might make an extra bit of difference: ordinarily, you’d trim down long eyebrow hairs with cosmetic scissors and set them with a fixing serum if their length was interfering with the new shape of the brow and jutting outwards. If your client has a scarred portion of their brow where hairs no longer grow you can use these longer brows to cover up gaps!
Comb these long hairs downwards and away from the gap, draw in some strokes with pencil or pomade along the scar line to build a coloured base and finally brush the longer hairs back up into place to create a textured finish.
***Never perform an eyebrow wax on brows where the skin is broken or damaged.  Wait until the skin has fully healed before applying wax to the area to avoid discomfort and infection.***
