We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our UK warehouse.
Please read the information below carefully so you know when to expect your order and which delivery charges may apply.
UK Delivery
Professional/trade orders within the UK are shipped using a next working day delivery service with either Royal Mail or DPD.
Your courier will be selected automatically at checkout and may vary.

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched from our warehouse the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.
Although UK orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service, your delivery time depends on when your order leaves our warehouse.

Offshore UK Delivery
Some UK locations may require a 2 working day delivery service due to courier restrictions and geographical limitations.
This includes, but may not be limited to:
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isles of Scilly and other offshore UK locations
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Republic of Ireland orders are shipped on a 2 working day delivery service.
Delivery charge: £19.99
Republic of Ireland orders are shipped on a DAP basis, meaning you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or courier handling fees that may be payable before delivery.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery using DHL Express Worldwide.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details.
International orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day where possible. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.
Please note that international delivery prices calculated at checkout may be subject to change. If the shipping cost has been calculated incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch. In some cases, we may need to request an additional payment or send the order using an alternative economy service.

Timed & Special Delivery Options
Timed and special delivery options may be available upon request, including Saturday delivery or timed next working day services.
These services are subject to availability and additional charges.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS.
Depending on the courier, your tracking may include:
- A live tracking link
- Delivery updates
- A delivery time window
- Proof of delivery, including photo or GPS location where available
Please use your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be handled by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or another courier depending on the delivery service.
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- The delivery photo or proof of delivery
- Your safe place
- With neighbours or reception
- The delivery address entered at checkout
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will advise on the next steps.
