Membership of our Privileged Customer Scheme offers you the opportunity to take advantage of a package of exclusive benefits and discounts tailored to meet your needs and help you promote your business as effectively as possible.
The scheme offers a two tier level of membership:

• Privileged Customer – for those of you who already have your own website – Fee for first year £75 +VAT (only £1.66 per week!), with an annual renewal charge of £29.00 + VAT thereafter
  
  
• Privileged Customer Plus – includes FREE 4 page website* set up for you, together with domain name and hosting. Fee for first year £99.00 + VAT (only £2.19 per week!), with an annual renewal charge of £39.00 + VAT thereafter

Both levels of membership will include all of the following:

• Inclusion on our new website Salon/Therapist Locator – our existing website currently receives over 12,000 visits a month with each visitor looking at an average of 6 pages per visit, so just imagine how much extra business that could generate for you!
  
  
• 5% off everything * – yes, absolutely everything! This discount will apply to every order you place with us – think how much extra profit you could make from the savings, to help you put back into promoting and expanding your business.
  
  
• Free marketing pack containing promotional material worth over £30 – (please specify salon or mobile and we will provide the appropriate pack to meet your requirements)
  
  
• Participation in National Promotions – we’re planning promotional campaigns with national newspapers & magazines – for example vouchers that readers can cut out for a half price, or possibly even free spray tan with any participating salon/mobile therapist. This offers you a great opportunity to gain new customers (not obligatory – you’ll be given the choice of opting in/out of participating).

Criteria for joining the scheme:

• Must be Sienna X trained – all privileged customers must have completed our Beauty Guild Accredited Training programme.
  
  
• Must have sufficient practical experience subsequent to training to satisfy us that the required level of competency has been reached.

  
  

• Our regional trainers may call periodically to inspect your premises and ensure that tanning techniques being used meet with our very high standards
