sienna X radiant at Beauty UK

The sienna X brand continued to go from strength to strength over the weekend, after a highly successful display at the Beauty UK 2012 exhibition held at the NEC Arena in Birmingham.

With spray tanning demonstrations and sienna X experts on hand, interest in the luxurious sienna X product was unbelievable; particularly with the gorgeous new Instant Bronzing Gel.

It was great to catch up with existing customers and so lovely to welcome on board such a large number of beauty professionals to the sienna X team.

Gradual tan wins “Editor’s Prize” in the Sunday Times Style awards!

We are delighted to find out that in this week’s Sunday Times Style magazine our Gradual Glowing Self Tan was awarded Editor’s Prize in their prestigious beauty awards…

Within the ‘Best Self-Tanning Brand’ category we were very proud to find out our celebrity favourite product got thumbs up from the team at Sunday Times “Sienna X gradual tan (£16) has won die-hard fans in the Style office – male and female”

sienna X supports Sun Awareness week 30th April – 6th May

We are always educating people about the harmful effects the natural suns UV rays can have upon our skin as well as the risks associated with using sunbeds… This week is the national Sun Awareness Week and we are fully supporting the messages this campaign delivers.

As a sunless tanning brand we encourage people to use our products or opt for a spray tan rather than using sun beds or excessive tanning without protection … both have many different risks associated with them including skin damage, ageing effects and associations with skin cancer.

The doctors from channel 4’s Embarrassing Bodies including Dr Christian Jessen and Dr Dawn Harper are also encouraging people to be aware of the damages both the sun and sunbeds can have on the skin.  In support of this we’ve been providing them with sienna X golden glows… sunless tanning is the safest way to achieve a bronzed body, take a look at their comments from Twitter.

Today is an exciting day for sienna X… it’s our official press launch! This morning we have been at Soho House with our brand ambassador James Harknett in London sharing our exciting new look with top press and beauty editors.

It was great to share our new look with everyone and we are thrilled with the positive feedback we received. We also unveiled our new Instant Bronzing Gel which went down a storm with the press and editors… this product is definitely a must have!

sienna X support Miss Liverpool 2012 contest

In March sienna X were delighted to be part of the Miss Liverpool 2012 contest …

The day before the contest our sienna X expert team went up to Liverpool to provide the contestants with our signature gorgeous glows to ensure everyone was looking bronzed and feeling fabulous for the next day… take a look at our images!

Not only was it great to be involved with the tanning we were asked to help judge the different categories alongside the panel which included the glamorous Desperate Scousewives stars Amanda Harrington and Debbie O’Toole … after selecting the most glamorous contestants we took to the stage to present the award for ‘Miss Body Beautiful’.

We had such great fun getting involved with this event and loved getting to meet the contestant and fellow judges… everyone looked stunning.

 As part of James’ role he will be developing the sienna X Masterclass initiative, which he will be hosting.
