A fabulous Strictly “behind the scenes” exclusive in the Radio Times magazine…

This week we were thrilled to discover a super behind the scenes Strictly Come Dancing exclusive feature in the Radio Times (3-9th December).

“Come Tan with Me…” features ex-professional footballer Robbie Savage and Harry Judd from the pop group McFly enjoying a Sienna X spray tan. In fact, the role of spray tan professional has been taken on by Harry Judd! This double page spread is a great expose for Sienna X – and especially for our spray tan expert Victoria Patterson. 

The article talks about how these hard working celebs look so radiant – despite their long hours in the studio – all thanks to some fabulous spray tanning: 

“When we first arrived”, explains Harry Judd, who briefly took over Victoria’s machine for our picture, “the producers told us no-one enjoys it, but they hadn’t bargained on me and Robbie – we were straight in there”.

 

This magazine has a massively wide reaching audience and is a great way of boosting awareness of the spray tanning. This comes just days after the Radio One interview with Robbie Savage when he raved: “I absolutely love the spray tan” plus a fantastic push on “It  Takes Two” on BBC 2 on Friday which featured Zoe Ball pretending to spray tan professional dancer James Jordan – all in a very clearly branded Sienna X cubicle.
It’s so exciting to see the  Sienna X Strictly fever spreading right across press, radio and TV!  We can’t wait for Saturday night’s show! Highly Commended at Pure Beauty Awards…

We’re thrilled to share that the Sienna X BRITs Awards campaign has been Highly Commended in the Pure Beauty Awards this month.

Sienna X were backstage at the BRIT Awards in February this year, and were offering our Perfect Performance sunless tans within our designated beauty retreat in the celebrity spa area. With visitors including Eliza Dootlittle and Sophie Ellis Bextor to name just a few, plus the stunning Take That dancers.

The Sienna X BRITs spa saw a massive amount of coverage, from appearences on ITV’s Daybreak show, to mentions on Radio One in addition to online mentions and numberous press coverage.

As official tanning supplier to Strictly Come Dancing, Sienna X have continued to build celebrity fans and presence at high profile events, most recently at the MOBO Awards where we thrilled to discover that Jessie J is a big fan of our exceptional radiance moisture balm.

Supporting the Pink Ribbon ball for Breast Cancer Campaign

This month we will be helping to raise money for the Breast Cancer Campaign.

Rubbing shoulders with the stars at the MOBO awards

Sienna X was once again the first choice of the stars at the MOBO awards last week.

With the celebrities like Jessie J, Ashleigh Jordan, Ms Dynamite, Fazer (from NDubs) and Dionne Bromfield visiting the stand, to name just a few, the Sienna X tans were once again in the limelight.

We were delighted to hear that Jessie J is a big fan, and she told us how much she loves our exceptional radiance moisturising balm (pictured here with the Tan & Glam – our new launch for Christmas 2011).

Sienna X are very excited to be at the Professional Beauty North show held at the GMex centre in Manchester this weekend.

It’s a great opportunity to come and meet the Sienna X team, and with kits available from £355 and exciting new retail gifts launched for Christmas 2011, you can’t afford to miss it. There’s years of expertise to benefit from plus live tanning demonstrations and a chance to hear about our latest celebrity fans.

The show runs from 16th – 17th October, and you’ll find Sienna X on stand D45.

Tan experts Sienna X at the VIP Malmaison Liverpool launch

As well as the exciting activity at London Fashion Weekend, Sienna X are also involved in the Malmaison VIP re-launch party in Liverpool.

This is a great chance to catch up with our tan fans in the North, including the glamorous actors from Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks, as well as local media celebrities, who’ll be keen to try our award winning tanning products.

We have a fantastic looking gifting area, complete with glamorous Sienna X assistants (Suzie Wilks and Hayley Ballard), and we’re expecting a great VIP turnout.

Key newspaper and magazine editors will also be attending this event, so it’s a great way of really boosting awareness of Sienna X in the north and showing just why Sienna X is leading sunless tan brand.

Carley Stenson – the star of Legally Blonde: The Musical loves the Sienna self tan in New magazine…

Another celebrity endorsement for the Sienna X self tan – this time in New magazine!

The feature focuses on actress Carley Stenson and her beauty secrets. The actress, who previously appeared in Hollyoaks, is now on stage in Legally Blonde: The Musical.

Carley states: “I put this on with my mitt. It lasts for ages and doesn’t smell or come off on your clothes”.

The article, which features a large picture of the award winning self tan, is just the latest accolade for the product and follows the celebrity review by Ellie Goulding in Glamour just last month. The self tan has also just won Best Tanning Product in the Positive Beauty Awards.

We think Carley looks fabulous in her Sienna X sunless tan.

Sienna X self tan WINNER in the Positive Beauty Awards…

Yet another fantastic accolade for Sienna X, with the Extremely Natural Self Tan announced as Best Tanning Product within the ‘body confidence category’ in the Psychologies magazine Positive Beauty Awards this week.

This is the first year that the awards have been held, with the votes combining reader voting with the opinions of nearly 40 industry experts. The focus of the awards is on what really makes women feel good about themselves, and their beauty regimes, giving a clear picture of exactly which beauty products get great results and promote confidence.

Despite stiff competition from competitor products, the Sienna X self tan was selected winner, with St Tropez’s Bronzing Mousse named runner-up. This is just another super accolade for the Sienna X self tan to add to the growing number. The award win will be published in the October issue of Psychologies Magazine, in a 16 page supplement dedicated to the awards.

Sienna X is now officially the leading sunless tanning brand – with the biggest market share across all salons (source: Beauty Guild Survey 2011).
